Pricing questions
Do I pay extra when I open a second or third branch?
No. Multi-branch is part of the same subscription — there is no per-location licence, no per-member charge and no seat count. A single studio and a four-branch chain pay the same price.
Can members use other branches on the same membership?
Yes. One membership works across every branch you run, and check-in is verified at each door, so you keep an accurate picture of who trained where.
Can each branch have its own manager and bank account?
Yes. Staff roles are set per branch, so a front-desk login sees only what it needs. Collections settle into each branch’s own account rather than being pooled and split later.
How does the free account setup work?
We set up your account with you and help upload all your members’ data. Send your paper register, an Excel sheet or an export from your current software — we add names, mobile numbers, plans and dues, and check it all with you before you go live. It is free on every plan, including the trial.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically and no card is taken to start. At the end of the trial you pick a plan to continue. If you do not, the account simply stops — your data stays exportable.
Are there any other fees?
No setup fee and no annual maintenance charge. Online payments are collected through Razorpay and settle into your bank account; Razorpay’s standard gateway charges apply to those. Cash and other payments you record yourself carry no fee.
